We've all been there (especially Claire) - you just don't feel like moving today.  But you MUST be active! It's what helps us thrive as living beings! (at least that's what they say...I, on the other hand, usually feel really good when I'm spreading a jar of butter on a hot blueberry muffin, but we'll just agree to disagree)

So how do you motivate yourself to exercise when you're in a funk? Aside from flicking my stomach and watching the jelly roll for motivation, I can usually blast some bumpin' jams to get myself more in the mood.
